Helsinki: Evening twilight on the shore of Kustaanmiekka, the southernmost of the Suomenlinna fortress islands. The picture was taken soon before darkness and exposured for 30 seconds.
Wonderful photo. I admire your devoted attitude to be in such locations when the dark comes. It has been pretty cold lately and I have felt better to stay inside. But yeah, through suffer you can experience something beautiful, and those moments in the nature can be very very strong emotionally when it gets dark, your fingers freezing while you want to make the perfect shot. This photo is the same you captured on January 10, 2007,isn't it, Niklas?
This one is equally beatiful with wonderful green and blue colours, but captured at other season, that is why it has quite different colours!
