Helsinki: A residential building on Länsi-Mustasaari, one of the Suomenlinna islands.

Moi Niklas, I really enjoy your pictures: every time I can, I have a look at them and I have spreaded your website address to many of my Friends.
I live in Milano, Italy, but I came to Finland many times, with my motorbike and with my car, in summer and in winter, from north to south. I am married with a finnish girl, we married last year by a lake, close to Savonlinna. Maybe I will move to Helsinki, even if I am a bit scared by the long dark winter, and by the difficulties I may find to work, since I am a junghian analyst... Anyway, thanx for your pictures, they are showing me the town that may become MY town...and it looks ihana!

I've been there some time ago... And I wish I could go there once again...

I live in Milan and I have never seen such a beautiful sense of colour, lights and such a terrible and pure sense of the death. I remember a friend of mine: he did a photograph of a black tree, just in the center of my town, in the Naviglio zone. It seems the most ancient and alive creature in the world.
My heart is hanged at that tree, and I'll never forget it.
I'll never forget the kiss of the photographer, the most magic way to lose myself and living alone, black and silent, like a tree in the center of a foggy town.
