Stokkseyri, Iceland: Knarrarósviti, a lighthouse built in 1939 as a blend of art nouveau and functionalism. The 26 metres (86 feet) high tower is the tallest building in southern Iceland. It stands on a coastal plain about five kilometres east from the village of Stokkseyri, about half a kilometre from the seashore.
