John, it's Finnish, built in Finland in 1960, nowadays a museum locomotive.

You can search for videos this blue train on youtube for 'Lättähatulla Nikkilästä Porvooseen ja takaisin' or 'porvoo dm7'. There are several, and most of them are taken on the track between Kerava and Porvoo.
