Gré, this lighthouse called Harmaja is close to Helsinki, and that's why it appears in so many of my photos. In some of them it's just a tiny red spot in the horizon. Look here:

I looked at your pictures from the Harmaja lighthouse, I recognized some pictures but I needed a magnifying glass to spot the lighthouse indeed.
It's a odd building, like if they good not decide to make a stone square lighthouse or a round steel one.
Can you explain that to me?

Standard lighthouse build I would think from the Pharos at Alexandria onwards. The Pharos had a square base, hexagonal mid section and cylindrical top. I think it probably provides maximum stability: solid base with the cylindical top offering minimum wind resistance. (sorry I'm not a scientist).
