Jana & Maria, thank you! Yes, it's quite early for the ice. In fact the winter arrived about one month earlier than usually, and it has been very cold for about one week now.

It's been a warm autumn here in the middle of the USA, but photos like these help prepare me for the coming winter. Looks as if you will have a white Christmas for sure.
