it's two things (but as I do not live there, I might be wrong), a part of town (http://www.arabiahelsinki.fi/en or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arabianranta) and a company producing ceramics (http://www.arabia.fi/web/Arabiawww.nsf/fi/etusivu).
