The size of the calendar is A3, and it's printed in full colour using a modern digital printing machine. The calendar contains one photo of Helsinki for every month, with photo captions on the back cover. The calendar is equipped with a hole for wall mounting and a spiral-binding (wire-o) in the middle, which enables it to be folded and sent in an envelope of size C4. The calendar is bilingual with texts in both Finnish and English. The four phases of the moon are marked with symbols. Each page also contains small versions of the calendars for the previous and next months. Holidays are marked according to Finland, and the calendar also contains the Finnish name days.
