So beautiful landscape! We have in Poland thissame strong winter [-30C]. I'm so happy! I love winter & Helsinki! I have one question, Niklas: when was latest Aurora Borealis in your town???

Thanks for your comment, Jagoda. I watched the live view from your town. You seem to have quite much snow there, too. Is there a skating rink in the picture?

I'm afraid I can't give you an exact answer to your question. Aurora Borealis is a rare phenomenon in Helsinki (southern Finland). In northern Finland it can be observed much more often. Last (and the only) time I observed Aurora Borealis in Helsinki was in September 2005. (See the picture here: September 12th, 2005.)
