Helsinki: Harmaja lighthouse island floating above the Gulf of Finland. The mirage occurred, when cold air near the surface of the sea was warmed up by the relatively warm water.

Ohhhhhh What a special effect!!
I think I have seen something similar in real life (didnt take a pic though :( ).... It has happened when standing on a very hot road... somehow, the asfalte is much more hotter than the air, and this mirour effect was happening.
