I see you finally got some snow! Olen vähän myöhässä, mutta Hyvää Joulua Niklas! That’s my attempt at Finnish! My husband is from Helsinki, so every year since we’ve been in Vancouver, I’ve been making all the Finnish goodies: rice porridge, ham, carrot & potato casseroles, homemade mustard, and star pastries. I also make large quantities of glögi from scratch to serve to all my friends so they can get a taste of Finland.
