Hi Niklas. Are you sitting in a boat - standing at the shore - or do you lie on the shore ? Did you zoom onto the straws from far away ?

Theo, I crouched down on the icy shore, stretched out my hands (and the camera) above the water, and tried not to slide down in the water along the slippery cliff. The straws were about a metre away, I think. I would have gone closer to them, but the cliff was too icy for that.

This photo is AMAZING! One of my favourites for sure (but then I seem to have so many favourites!), this is going on my desktop right now! It has everything...movement, incredible detail, contrast, depth and gorgeous vivid colours. Definitely worth almost sliding off an icy cliff! Niklas, you rock.
