Helsinki: Enjoying the last moments of evening sunshine on the shore of Kaisaniemenlahti inlet. View towards Siltasaari district from nearby Kaisaniemenranta street in the district of Kluuvi.

Well, it seems, these people chose their spot for the sunbeams to "hit" them. Looks very relaxed, this picture.

If I may say so, Niklas, this is not your strongest picture. The water surface fills too much of the picture, and it is a completely non informative water surface, because there isn't reflection. Moreover, the two people are too far away to consider them as a useful addition. Focussing more on them rather than on the water might have improved this picture a lot.

Wessel, you speak wisely. One thing I liked about this photo, though, was the "triangle" formed by the reflected sunlight on the left, the people on the right, and the boat in the background. But as you said, the middle is of no interest. I also took photos focusing on the man and the woman, but I thought it was more safe to choose this one, since I didn't ask them for a publishing permission. Her colours are just neat together, aren't they?! :)

What's the photographer's right in FInland? As far as I know about the US law and Swedish law, noncommercial pictures that contain people in public space can be taken legally, uploaded to internet, published in books and displayed in gallery as far as the pictures do not viloate any law including copyright law. The important point is that the photographer doesn't need the consent nor the permission from the subject as far as the subject is in public space or the photographer is in public space. I guess similar law is applicable to Finnish photographer.

Hi Niklas, i was away for about a week due to vacation and now i am back again! We went to Lefkada Island, Ionian Sea. We had a nice time, we swam on one of the most beautiful seas in the world which is called Porto Katsiki, it is the no 3 beach in Greece and the number 6 most beautiful beach in the world...You will see, you will see....Just wait a little bit!
This picture is so calm and beautiful, ideal for helping me now that we are back again :-( Just keep it up!
