We know from Niklas that this is a partly frozen sea.
With a little imagination we can assume:
... we are standing in a unique landscape and the icy wind is blowing the snow through this wintery countryside...
The mark should show the edge of a street we don't see.
Like it is in the deep wintertime in finish Lapland...? brrrr
